What to Bring

We will provide you with all the amenities you need, including your robe, sandals and toiletries. For any treatment, you will disrobe to your comfort level. Our therapists will drape your body with linens so that you never feel exposed. During treatments the only area of the body that is not completely draped is the area being attended.

What to Leave Behind

We recommend that you do not bring jewelry or valuables. We also ask that you refrain from cell phone use and turn it off or to airplane mode.  A locker with key will be provided to secure your clothing and other personal items, but we are not responsible for misplaced property. Alcohol is not recommended before a treatment.

When to Arrive

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service; this allows ample time to check-in and unwind in our sanctuary. Sip herbal tea or ice water in our relaxation lounge, and then start your treatment at ease and on time.

Your Comfort Level

If at any time during your treatment you are not completely comfortable and relaxed, whether it is the pressure of the massage, the draping during your treatment, the volume of the music, the room temperature or lighting, simply let your therapist know. This is your time and we are here to make sure your experience is everything it should be.

How to Prepare for Waxing

For optimal results, we recommend you do not shave the area that you want waxed for at least three weeks prior to your service. Please let your esthetician know if you are using any products from a Dermatologist, such as Retin-A, or Differin. They will recommend what waxing services you can safely receive. If you are taking Accutane, you cannot have any waxing services.

Gratuities

Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with each service. You can hand a cash tip directly to your service provider or add a dollar value or percentage to your credit card payment at the front desk.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid full-price billing for your appointments, we require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
