What are Solutions Rewards?*
Solutions offers points as a part of our loyalty rewards program. This is a FREE program and is presented as a courtesy to our guests. There is no cost or obligation on your part.
How do I earn Points?
- Earn reward points for every dollar spent on services and product purchases
- Earn 2500 points for a NEW client referral
- Automatically receive 1000 points on your first visit as a new client
- Earn 1000 points when you try a new service for the first time
How many points do I have?
You can check how many points you have by requesting a points balance during your visit at the front desk or by phone.
What do I get for my points?
Solutions Rewards points have no cash value, and can only be redeemed for a Solutions Rewards gift certificate.
Below are the redemption levels:
- Redeem 12500 points for a $25 gift certificate
- Redeem 25000 points for a $50 gift certificate
- Redeem 37500 points for a $75 gift certificate
- You need a minimum of 12500 points in order to redeem them
How do I redeem my points?
Simply request a Rewards gift certificate when you have accumulated enough points.
Rules and Restrictions:
- Solutions Rewards points cannot be shared or distributed. Each client accumulates points separately.
- Use them or lose them! Points expire on April 1st the year after they were issued. (For example, all points issued during 2006 expired on 4/1/2007)
- Solutions Studio and Spa, Inc. has the right to modify or cancel points and/or the points system at any time.
