Do I need to bring anything with me to for my visit to the Spa?
Solutions provides towels, robes, and slippers for your convenience. If you are having a body treatment or spray tan you may bring an old bathing suit, although it is not required. Shower facilities are available for your use before and after your service. Also, our hair salon can provide you with a wash and style or makeup services after your treatment.
Where do I wait between treatments?
Between spa services, you can relax in our sanctuary. Enjoy complimentary refreshments, sit next to the fireplace, listen to the waterfall, and relax. Your technician will escort you to your service.
What should I wear for a massage?
Most clients choose not to wear anything during their massage. Our massage therapist will drape you with linens so that you never feel exposed. However, the choice is yours. Wearing an undergarment is perfectly appropriate if it makes you feel comfortable.
Where do I keep my personal belongings?
Our changing area is equipped with lockers and keys. You may keep all personal belongings in a locker and take the key with you to the treatment room. Simply return your key to the locker when you’re done. We request that you please leave all jewelry at home.
Are refreshments available for guests?
Solutions has a refreshments table in the sanctuary where we provide cucumber water and hot herbal teas.
How do I prepare for my first waxing?
For optimal results, we recommend that you do not shave the area to be waxed for at least three weeks prior to the service. Be advised that we need to know if you are using any products from a dermatologist, such as Retin-A or Accutane. Solutions does not recommend that you have any waxing services if you are using these products. Tweezing is optional.
What about gratuities?
If you would like to leave a gratuity, you may do so at the checkout desk. Gratuity envelopes are available for your convenience. A range of 15-20% is greatly appreciated.

A private party at Solutions is the perfect way to let go while living it up in grand style. Whether it's an escape for a day with friends, wedding shower, bachelorette party, or corporate event, we can help.
