You will embark on your journey through the interview process, with the skills that you have obtained from your education. We will share with you our thoughts on what you should be looking for and what questions to ask. The first step is for you to recognize and understand what your goals are, and once this is clear it will be easier for you to recognize the “right” salon for you.

The Journey
The first three months will include foundation training, introduction to core systems and general apprenticeship.
During the fourth month you will be mentored by a designer or color specialist on a weekly rotation. This will help prepare you for your first promotion — Junior Stylist or Junior Colorist.
At this point you will be working in our New Talent area of our salon, an area dedicated to licensed professionals learning to cut or color hair the Solutions way.
Weekly advanced training classes will continue throughout your time as a junior designer or colorist. These will give you the opportunity to hone your skills, build your confidence, and prepare you for your promotion to our main style and color areas of the salon. The promotion from New Talent to Main Floor will depend on you meeting the following goals:

- Appointment Pre-book
