A lot of people are curious about the current trending of Gel Nails, but are unsure of  the effects on the natural nail underneath. Gel polish is a long lasting polish that can last on average 2 weeks without any chipping. The polish should be soaked off using acetone to avoid damaging the underlying nail. Nails should remain unaffected if soaked off properly.

Step 1: Light buff the surface of the nail

Step 2: Put small pieces of cotton soaked in acetone on the surface of each individual nail

Step 3: Wrap all nails with the cotton in foil

Step 4: Let sit 10-15 minutes and the gel should come right off

Soaking your gels off helps maintain the health of your natural nails.
